Tata Steel Chess TournamentShort game (only 12 moves) and draw guanranteed Levon Aronian the sole first place at the first super tournament of this year. Second place is shared by Magnus Carlsen, Fabio Caruana and Tejmur Radjabov. It is success for last two guys! Magnus has been excepted on winner’s podium ;)

From other players it is interesting to see Boris Gelfand and Veselin Topalov sharing 10th place. It means another step back for former challenger of the world champion Topalov. Boris Gelfand is the current challenger (his match against Anand will be played in May) and his result in the tournament may be caused by fear from revealing something from his preparation for the match.
